Nationwide Outage Impacting Calls to SMH and Ochsner

Slidell Memorial Hospital and Ochsner Health are experiencing intermittent phone issues due to an outage caused by Hurricane Beryl. Many SMH and Ochsner phone numbers are unable to receive inbound calls from some telephone providers.
We realize connectivity issues may lead to frustration. If you are having trouble reaching us, please use the MyChart or MyOchsner app to schedule or reschedule an appointment, request medication refills, send messages to provider teams or chat with a patient technical support agent. You may also use the FAQ and Chat functionality to request a new MyChart or MyOchsner account and access MyOchsner resources.
